You probably already drink a lot of coffee, and that’s fine. Coffee is delicious, and if we’re being honest with each other, some days life just begins after coffee. That’s all great, but it gets even better. Studies show that drinking coffee can boost your metabolism by up to 11 percent, and increase your ability to burn fat by up to 29 percent!
