Khloe Kardashian Lost Weight

Khloe Kardashian lost weight!

It’s hard being a Kardashian. Imagine being part of a family of rich, beautiful people who are all successful. How could you compete? For a while it seemed like Khloe got the short end of the stick. In the recent year though, she’s undergone a total beauty transformation, and lost 40 pounds! Khloe told People magazine “I have always made excuses, like ‘I am big-boned,’ or ‘I’m just not built that size,’ or ‘I could never be a size whatever.’” Now, she says she realizes it was possible to look this healthy all along: she just needed to put in the work.

That’s the trick!” That’s not the most scientific statement, but we also know McCarthy has been following a bunch of other, more proven, tips, many of which we’ve shared here.

Penn Jillette Lost Weight

Penn Jillette lost weight!

The illusionist lost almost 100 pounds in early 2015 after reporting serious issues with blood pressure. And guess what? It didn’t take magic. Instead, Jilette wrote in People magazine, “The way I did it was very extreme. I did a monodiet for two weeks, which could have been anything. I did potatoes because they’re funny. Could have been corn, could have been beans, but I didn’t want a lot of fart jokes. A monodiet is not very entertaining, or social. No one ever calls up and says, ‘Hey, Penn, I just landed in Vegas, let’s have a potato.’” This was just the first step though, and his diet required a lot of work after.
