We’ve been giving you a lot of tips over the last few weeks on how to lose weight. These tips are going to continue; don’t worry. But this week, we thought we’d give you a bit of a morale boost. Something that will help you realize how important your weight loss journey is, even though it may be hard and you may not yet be seeing the sort of results you want. So, here are a few recent examples of celebrities who have lost weight, and what strategy they used to get there.
Khloe Kardashian Lost Weight
It’s hard being a Kardashian. Imagine being part of a family of rich, beautiful people who are all successful. How could you compete? For a while it seemed like Khloe got the short end of the stick. In the recent year though, she’s undergone a total beauty transformation, and lost 40 pounds! Khloe told People magazine “I have always made excuses, like ‘I am big-boned,’ or ‘I’m just not built that size,’ or ‘I could never be a size whatever.’” Now, she says she realizes it was possible to look this healthy all along: she just needed to put in the work.
Melissa McCarthy Lost Weight
This actresses’ roles often centre around her being overweight. Still, she isn’t scared to lose weight in order to be healthy, and that’s exactly what she’s done recently. She has lost a stunning 75 pounds in 2016 alone. She recently told Ok! Magazine, “The real secret is a super-boring life. You go to bed at 7:30[pm].
